1. Material preparation: Select titanium alloy pipes in line with national standards, and clean them.
2. Parts Processing : the titanium alloy pipe is cut and processed to make it meet the welding requirements.
3. Welding preparation: the titanium alloy pipe to be welded will be three-dimensional lap, to ensure that its clearance and spacing meet the requirements of the specification. At the same time, clean the welding surface.
4. Welding method selection: Select the appropriate welding method, such as TIG argon arc welding, according to the size, thickness, transverse welding force and equipment conditions of titanium alloy pipeline.
5. Welding parameter debugging: according to the material and thickness of titanium alloy pipeline, set the appropriate welding current, voltage, welding speed and other parameters.
6. Welding operation: welding operation of titanium alloy pipeline, and strictly control the temperature and oxidation in the welding process, to avoid adverse effects on titanium alloy materials.
7. Post-welding treatment: the titanium alloy pipeline after welding is cooled, cleaned and other treatment, to remove impurities such as welding slag and oxide.
8. Weld inspection: Check the weld of the welded titanium alloy pipeline to ensure that there are no cracks, defects and other problems.
